Great Customer Service and Clean and Secure facility. I like that there are cameras, electric gates and sturdy Iron fencing.
We got robbed. The fix was a peice of plywood. Management was none responsive. Gate throughout the weekend was stuck opened. No one answered after hours or over the weekend. DON'T rent here!!!!
EDIT TO ADD: After leaving this review, which WAS three stars, I have now changed it to TWO because I IMMEDIATELY got a call from them because of the review - First of all, that's weird - no one has EVER CALLED ME PERSONALLY to discuss a review. Like seriously, just answer the review publicly. Second - all she did was ARGUE with me about the service I expected versus what I received. Get it together and act professional.
