Nobody mentions that this storage is full of rats? Terrible experience. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. When I finally retrieved my belongings, I discovered that the unit had a serious rodent infestation. My bedside table, bed frame, and other furniture were covered in mouse droppings and urine. The smell was overwhelming—a strong, foul odor that has been nearly impossible to remove, even after extensive cleaning. What made it even worse was the damage to my personal belongings. I love our storage unit. It's always clean and you can always get a live person to talk to most of the time and that means a lot to me. And also when you have a trained staff that can help you immediately with a problem that's when you are winning.
Excellent service
I have used A-1 Self Storage for about a year now. My storage unit has never flooded or had any insects or bugs. I'm very satisfied with my unit. I've never had any problems with break-ins or security while I'm there. I would recommend A-1 Self Storage to anyone needing to store their belongings.
