They always do an amazing job in sharping my chain saw blades. I purchased a still chan saw from them in 1985. It started to give me problems in 2022. I took it back to them and it runs as good as new.
I took my mower into A 1 Saw Service to be repaired in 2023. He said he repaired a bunch of different parts. I didn't use it for the rest of 2023. He told us to empty the fuel out of the mower for the winter every year. When 2024 came around, we put gas in it to use for this year 06/10/2024. It wouldn't start. I just contacted A-1 Saw Service and told the gentleman what was going on. He said, that he doesn't give refunds or warranties. Walked in and instantly got the impression the guy working was lazy and ignorant as he didn't greet us or ask if he could help us, had to awkwardly ask if they sold parts or were open to the public... guy instantly began to argue saying the service manual was wrong for telling us to replace the belt as it was clearly stretched out when installed on the machine! We left and took our business to a much more professional Lawn Care Service person who was able to quickly get us out the door and back to work without any inconvenie... read more
