If I could give 0 star I would, Terrible place to work at.. Staff has no respect for Clients whatsoever and call them mean names in front of clients. The owner Deborah and the nurse did not care at all. Residents didn’t have much options when it came to food. Had to give them cereal and cold turkey sandwich everyday 🤮. They only had milk, bread and cold turkey to make sandwich. I decided to not to show up and I let them know ahead of time that I wouldn’t be returning. To Respond to Patience Jentzen post: Patience was hired for a PCA position, she was told to be trained by our RN. Patience (PCA) and few other CNAs were being given the company protocol to follow and a job description as to what a PCA/CNA should do and don't; During the training Patience stated she had to step out of a second to get her notebook. 10 Min later we realized Patience never came back for training. I’ve been in this field for over 6 plus year and this company was the worst I’ve ever worked for! Thank god for my full time job I already have because this company is a waste of your time! They have horrible communication. They discriminated me and and tried to lower what I do! I been trying to contact Ese and Debra for the hours I worked to get paid for and no one has answered me nor paid me. Go anywhere else but here! Just horrible. I don’t do reviews but this had to get a review on!

I have worked in Home Care for Decades. This is the worst experience ever. A series of no calls. They deflect and blame, no accountability. I went for over a week with no communication after I questioned staffing about banked hours. They try to send me staff when my loved ones are scheduled to out of home. When I notified them I was researching other agencies, they pulled my staff and never notified me. If I could give them no stars I would. Ese O. I. Particular.
