RAT infested. The insurance they sell does not cover damage by rodents, nor does any Home Owner Insurance. The regional manager is the WORST. Current reg. mgr 2012. Do not store your belongings there. I checked every 30-60 days, and right when I was about to remove RAT dropping were all over the unit on my furnishings. They knew of rat problem and didn t adequately address.
