A-1 has gotten ridiculously overpriced and now tacks on lots of little charges wherever they can. Charging passengers because the plane is late is, frankly, beyond obnoxious. Charging $80 for a one way trip from Skillman to Trenton is insane. The drivers are generally good, but as a corporation, I'm no longer impressed.

You have the Gaul to charge a fuel surcharge when gas prices have not been this low in many years, dreadful and dishonest!
My flight tonight was about 15 minutes early and to my surprise, Tom from A-1 was waiting for me at the bottom of the escalator near the baggage claim! Unfortunately, my luggage never arrived. Tom waited patiently while I filed a claim which took a half hour. He was very nice and very understanding. Very professional. I would definitely use A-1 again!
