We had Ibrahim pick up 18 students from a school trip and he was fantastic!! He communicated with me very early to ensure he was there when we arrived at the airport. He was easy to communicate with and answered texts/calls immediately! I would highly recommend using this company and Ibrahim specifically for your trip!
Simply the best! We booked a large limo bus to transport guests from hotel to wedding venue and back for my dins wedding. The bus was gorgeous and our driver was friendly and patient with us as we kept him waiting while we watched the last minutes of the Knicks championship win. A-1 is reasonable and dependable, I used them 31 years ago for my own wedding and the service remains top notch.
My wife and I were picked up at Newark airport today. The driver didn't have a sign with our name on it. I had to call the dispatcher to connect with the driver. It only wasted a few minutes, but it's not the level of service I've grown to expect from A1. I've been using A1 for years. They've always been outstanding. This just wasn't their best day.
The whole experience was worth it. The driver was very friendly and made sure we were safe and comfortable throughout the trip.
