They have no preplanning ability. Showed up 1hr and 15mins late due to inept dispatcher and management. Missed flight and couldn’t reschedule and missed a chance to see family I haven’t seen in a long time.
This should be a minus 5 stars. The last driver didn't meet me inside the airport, didn't know how to GET to the airport and was downright DANGEROUS, driving at high speed while on her CELLPHONE!!!!!
Basil runs a great business! I met a driver, Dick, at the hotel nearby, and he was very friendly! He let me see the inside of a very beautiful suburban and it was gorgeous! Great staff, great fleet. Tell them Blanda said hi, pats on the back for Basil. Doing a great job!
great job - we had a full day of events and our driver picked up all our guests and got them to all the destinations on time and very professional
Very impressed by this limo service. Very professional, courteous and on time for pickups. Used twice in one weekend. First trip was I was due to arrive with my sister into Newark at 8:30pm. My flight was delayed multiple times because of weather. My sister arrived before me and asked to driver to wait. He agreed to, waiting until midnight when I arrived. Thank you A-1 for taking care of your customers. Would highly recommend this company.
I am through with A-1 Limo. Yesterday they cancelled the wrong reservation and left me stranded at JFK at midnight (yet they managed to charge my credit card for the service)! Also, a few months ago they failed to tell me that I needed to call the dispatcher when I arrived at TTN for a pick up. I waited an additional 30 minutes needlessly. Overall the drivers have been very good. However, the dispatch/reservation office is unsatisfactory. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Ridiculous company. Bordering fraudulent. They never picked up the person I ordered them to. And keep sending me invoices for it. This company is a joke. Use anything else.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Its bad enough you are basically told its your fault your eldery mother could not locate the drive but to make it seem you have gone out of your way to call me back is insane. This situation was handled poorly from the start and got worse as you are told there is only one person who handles issues and the buck stops there.
