Mr. Burns conducted a home inspection for me in February on an older home that my husband and I will be purchasing. Very thorough and detailed report. His insight advised us that roof replacement was required. We were able to negotiate a lower price with the Seller. In addition, Ron communicated all "issues" with the house to the Seller and myself easily. Calling their office, Ellen (his wife) ALWAYS answered my questions, provided outstanding customer service. Great customer service and detailed home inspection reports! We built a new home in Viera and used A1 Home Inspections. So glad we did. Although our home builder is amazing, Ron caught a few problems during the new home building process that would have cost us tons of money in the future. Thank you Ron and Ellen for a job well done!
Ron and Ellen were very helpful providing information we needed to know about a market we had limited knowledge of. Ron performed a detailed inspection that led to having concerns addressed by the Seller. He explained his findings in a professional manner so both parties clearly understood the nature of the recommended repairs. We would definitely use A-1 again and would highly recommend them.

I have used Ron at 2 different home inspections, years apart. I wouldn't select anyone else. He is extremely thorough. Even if they arent deal breakers, you would want to know. My Honey-do list got VERY big.
