Bill was very professional and courteous. It was Saturday 6/3/17 and the schedule was set for the following Thursday 6/7/17 but it was very hot with the A/C not working so he said he would come out that same day as soon as he finished the job he was working on. Bill showed up and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. I ended up purchasing a complete system since the one I had was 17 yrs old. Arrived exactly on the time scheduled. Great customer service before and during the work.

Very professional (on time, knowledgeable, courteous), walked through each step of the project, explaining why and cost options.
It only took them a few minutes to diagnose the problem and give me the cost. They showed me the faulty part and explained what was wrong. They went as far as removing the wiring diagram and showing me what the diagram said about the faulty part and demonstrating with their equipment the current reading on the faulty part. Very good experience.
I was given options for the work that needed to be done....the options were based on short term and long term results.
Bill, Cody and the team at A-1 are pros, they are very skilled, hard-working and communicate very well. Bill called on Sunday to set the appointment for Monday morning, he then called the next day to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt and got to work right away to find out the problem, he found to problem quickly and was able to get the repair done.
