Bill was very knowledgeable and recommended replacing the compressor's "run" capacitor. He also thought that adding a "hard start kit" would help. The repair bill was $481. and I think that $350. would have been a better value. Lastly, he backed into me forcefully with his truck while I was bending over picking up the morning paper in the driveway...after which I went to the hospital ER for treatment of fractured bones. This probably qualifies as a freak accident and a bad day for both of us.
