The owner, Mike, is very charismatic and attentive. Calls and voicemails were always answered promptly and I felt more than confident giving my business to a company that has been around for decades, with an office nearby. All of my questions were answered and their team did a perfect job! I wouldn't hesitate to use A-1 again in the future or refer any of my friends and family members their way... Thank you!
After getting quotes we decided to go with A1 to refinish our floors. We pointed out areas that need to be addressed. They seemed to understand how to fix them. After the work was done we noticed that nothing was fixed just sanded down and restained. Do not go with this company! Company does not understand quality.
