Recommended9-3-2020. They never called or showed up when they told me they would be here. Called them and told waiting on rain to clear up and it has been 4 hours and nothing from them. Now they are closed for the day and still no email or phone call of any changes. Thought they where suppose to be good at customer service. They made me loose a day of work for nothing. Lost my business. I was willing to pay the whole amount of $300. But they insisted that I only put half down. Well I just wanted to pay in full but they insisted that I only need half. So please don’t put this across my newsfeed as a recommendation. I wouldn’t recommend them. What’s wrong with just one transaction of the full amount if customer asked for one full payment? And the lady who answered wasn’t too professional either.
This is the best bunch of guys you will ever find! Do fantastic work...easy to get along with! Show up when they say...and finish on time!
A1 Glass made getting a huge window in my house replaced easy! I was able to give them a call, they went out and measured the window, they ordered and cut the glass. The price was right, I paid half up front and the other half upon their completion. I didn't step foot into their building due to my busy schedule, they called before and after I was able to confirm everything was done correctly and appropriately. I needed some custom-cut plexiglass and this team went out of their way to get me what I need for a business project. Others might have said, "too hard" but this company delivered on-time, at a very fair price, and even stayed open late on a Friday so I could pick it up. Thank you!
Did not show up for the appointment. They sheduled from 9-1 didn't show. But, the biggest disappointment was the attitude of the girl answering the phone. She could careless if they did the work or not. Very Rude. Glad to know there are other businesses out there
In my 20 years of property Mgmt, this is the most incompetent company I've dealt with. Going on month two of a simple window pain replacement.
IN REGAUARDS TO TOP REVIEW!!! Sometime mistakes are made and customers are not happy. When a customer signs off on a purchase order, they should read what the contract states so that if there is a mistake it can be corrected before the items are ordered. In this case that was the issue. We were able to get the manufacturer to take back the doors and send the correct size. Yes, the mistake may have been made.
