I drove into the garage Friday night after dinner out. There was a bang noise after I closed the Garage Door. One of the springs broke. My wife had two of their coupons from the value pack. It said 24/7 service. I called at 7:30am Saturday and it was answered. He said they could have a repairman there Saturday afternoon. Was in a pretty desperate position when the door stopped 1/2 way open. Couldn't get the car out. They came out fast and fixed it fast as well. Didn't try to replace the whole system but did what needed to be done. Very friendly. Our Service guy, Mike Dunn was awesome. We even felt bad because he worked non-stop in the cold. Thanks for a great experience.
The service received from A-1 Garage Door Repair was excellent. The Technician, Dennis, arrived early and was very professional. He answered all questions completely and explained the recommended repairs fully. I would definitely use A-1 Garage Door Repair for any future repairs.

Very quick service on this brutally cold day. Two professional, smart, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly technicians. The new remote and exterior pin pad are much better quality than what I had, and the door operates more smoothly and quietly. They straightened out the bottom panel, did some maintenance, and did not try to sell me a door I didn't need. I'm very relieved and grateful.
Paul was amazing!!! I rarely leave customer reviews - but I was so pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency I couldn't stay quiet. He was very patient with my questions and answered them fully. I appreciate not being treated like a "job" but like a customer. GREAT JOB PAUL!!!
Service was great! Our installer, Paul, did a great job of keeping us informed of where he was, being on time, and explaining how the garage doors work and the maintenance of them. Paul helped us program our keypad and programmed our remotes for us, too. Paul also demonstrated that the doors' safety mechanisms worked. The gentleman on the phone gave me a price, and then I called back the next day with a coupon. He refused to take the coupon, saying the price the previous day was the coupon price. He then claimed that I had 'used' the coupon the previous day. He then hung up on me while I was in the process of closing out the conversation!
This is the only place I will do business with from now on.. Reasonable prices, and Chuck did a great job.. I would definitely recommend to everyone I know..
