A1 showed up on time and figured out what the problem was promptly. They fixed my door and it only took about an hour. The price was fair. I would recommend using A1.

I got 4 different estimates for a new garage door and they were pretty much all the same, except A1 didn't try to charge me extra for anything and had the quickest turnaround time. Garage door parts all look the same to me, and I appreciated Thomas showing me what to look for even if I decided to go with someone else. They answered their phone promptly at 7:30 AM and had a very affable young man at my house by 8:30. He replaced both springs, cleaned, tightened everything and reset the outside keypad. He was thorough, professional, and quick. I’ve used them before and I’ll use them again. Wonderful experience!

Our technician was very friendly and efficient , he new what he was doing,explain to us what was wrong and the different options we had perfectly. Hope we do not have a problem again but if we do, he will be the person we will call. Ana

Classless and unprofessional. Owner yells and screams at a woman in front of her children because he disagrees with a valid concern she raised. Anyone looking for a new garage door or repair can certainly do better. One star does not do the poor attitude and disgusting behavior of this company's owner justice.

This company does bad business. They price gouge and then when you catch on they avoid your calls. They owe many ad companies money for services rendered. They use an ad company and then dont pay the bill and find a new one. They dont have knowledgable techs and the owner is a moral lacking jerk. Find a better company because it is not this one.
