3 stars I had them repair my garage door several years ago, and was very pleased. I just had them replace the springs, and while the repair is fine, the customer service is lacking. They showed up two hours past the time frame they gave me, they did call though so I’ll give them that. My biggest complaint is the tech lied about the price. I was quoted a price on the phone, and I had a 5% coupon. A1 is always my first call when I need garage door repair. They are fast, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I always feel like they are concerned with helping us get the longest life out of our garage doors.
These guys were great. They went above and beyond as they rehung my garage door. They lubed everything up.. they fixed my sensors.. I didn't think I'd ever be able to close my garage door with just the push of a button again.. that's been amazing;). Also they advised me about a few other things, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend these guys:)

Awful experience. I seriously don't want to waste any more time with this company. I totally believe in supporting small businesses, but it really went sideways this time. They installed a part that didn't work, and charged me $150. It didn't fix the problem and they are trying to charge me an additional $300 to "come fix it". I called to share my frustrations and see if they can give me a better deal since the first time it didn't work and I still paid.
