We called the phone number of the ***************, ** location from an ad we saw in the local Buddy **** because our garage door opener did not work. It was determined that it needed to be replaced. 3 stars I had them repair my garage door several years ago, and was very pleased. I just had them replace the springs, and while the repair is fine, the customer service is lacking. They showed up two hours past the time frame they gave me, they did call though so I’ll give them that. My biggest complaint is the tech lied about the price. I was quoted a price on the phone, and I had a 5% coupon. A1 is always my first call when I need garage door repair. They are fast, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I always feel like they are concerned with helping us get the longest life out of our garage doors.
These guys were great. They went above and beyond as they rehung my garage door. They lubed everything up.. they fixed my sensors.. I didn't think I'd ever be able to close my garage door with just the push of a button again.. that's been amazing;). Also they advised me about a few other things, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend these guys:)
