We purchased a mattress and box spring from here. They totally missed delivery"window", then tried to make me feel bad about falling asleep waiting on them when they decided to finally show two hours late. Probably our last time doing business here. Have a promise for delivery tomorrow almost first thing. Giving him another chance.
Service dept. is the worst ever!! Chances are if you buy anything there you will need service sooner or later, and it just isn't there.

Purchased a platform bed on Saturday and was delivered and set up on Wednesday by two very nice guys. We've purchased many items from A 1 Furniture over the years and the products and delivery service have never disappointed.
My fiancé and I bought a set of Wolfcraft furniture (bookcase headboard, dressers) from A1. We were overall trilled with the quality of our furniture. As our awesome salesperson stated "it is furniture you can hand down to your grandchildren". The furniture has exceeded or expectations. Great customer service from sales all the way trough delivery.
My fiancee and I purchased a sectional chocolate brown sofa with an ottoman. We had it delivered to our new home just after Christmas. We got a great deal on it and the delivery and set up was smooth and easy. We are both very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend A1 for your furniture needs!
