I recommend A1 and would definitely use again. The two workers that showed up were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They did a great job repointing the problem walls in my stone foundation. There hasn’t been any major rain since I had the work done, so I will update review once it does.

I was having an issue with rodents and they came right out, assessed the stone basement and went to work repairing the old mortar. They were very courteous and very knowledgeable about the issues. Highly recommend 👍

We had a major flood in our basement due to crack in our foundation near our French drain. A-1 was quick to schedule an appointment, called to let me know they might be a little late, called to let me know they were on their way and arrived promptly. He was wearing a face mask, keeping his distance and most helpful. He explained how he would repair the crack and the area where we saw water coming in. We had a leak in our back room foundation. A-1 sent out Bob who was great and he made the repair and we have not had any further leak . We have had two major storms since than and we did not get one drop of water . A-1is the best and I will recommend them to all of my real estate clients.Jim DelBonis
