Great customer service. This is the only bike shop that I will go to.
Got a great deal on a Giant Defy Advanced and associated fitting a couple of months ago. Just completed my first Century last weekend - the new ride and excellent set up served me well. Many thanks to Colin and the entire A1 crew!
This shop is awesome! The staff are very friendly and helpful. When I first walked into this shop I was helped by Colin before I left he invited me to go on a shop mountain bike ride. Royce is the man! He helped get me into a new mountain bike that is perfect for me. This will be the ONLY shop I will be going to as long as I live is this area. Thanks A1 and I look forward to riding with you guys.
A super group of great bike folks!!
Best service! First helped with a fork issue on mountain bike, they dealt with manufacturer and the result was great. Then a derailleur issue on road bike, again they dealt directly with manufacturer and I could not have been happier with result. A+ for A1!!!
