After almost 20 years off the bike, it was a bit daunting getting back into the "know" about all the new options out there. I was nervous walking into the shop as a 48 year old "newbie", but the guys at A-1 made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Like my favorite shop back home in Michigan, they continue to provide you great service, even after the sale.
I had the A-1 team switch out the Shimano nexus 7 on my bike for an Alphine 11. Colin and team had my bike done in no time at all and were happy to help troubleshoot my issues at the Sunday no drop leisure ride.
