Absolutely amazing experience my bike was messed up and I couldn’t find out why I called multiple different stores to find eta on when it could be done and if diagnostic was free not only was jeff the only one who actually asked me over the phone what was wrong but he gave me very good vibe when I stopped by they fixed my problem in less than an hour saving me so much time to come back out to the store appreciate the team and definitely recommend
I went in May 1st 2026 to upgrade from my Huffy to a bike that was better suited for me. I appreciated that walking in a half hour before close and I was treated very well and not rushed. Royce was very patient with me as a first time bike buyer. He answered all my questions and didn't seem in a rush. I didn't feel pushed to buy the more expensive bikes at all. Jake at Al’s Bikes was incredibly helpful. He fixed my sons brakes right there on the spot. They were completely unusable, but now they are perfect. He did some extra touches that shows experience and care. This kind of service is rare these days. Highly recommend 10/10.
