They sent reminder texts prior to the day of cleaning, texts on the day of cleaning to update if any changes occurred to the schedule, and an en route text to advise an accurate ETA. Christopher was here right on time. He was friendly, professional, and helpful, and did an amazing job. It was a great experience, and we recommend A-1.
