Craig was awesome. He finished cleaning my carpet quickly and gave me a really good price! After the first cleaning, the carpet looked spotless but was still a little damp. When I checked again later, a stubborn stain had come back since it had soaked up from the padding underneath. I called Craig to let him know, and he came right out to fix it.
