DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!THEY WILL SELL YOU A PRODUCT THAT IS BROKEN, BUT THEY CLAIM THEY TESTED IT BEFORE SHIPMENT. THEIR RESPONSE IS TO BRING THE PRODUCT TO A THIRD PARTY FOR REPAIR. WHAT A JOKE! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i purchased a used battery side post) first one didn't keep a charge, got an exchange. The second battery was also junk didn't keep a charge. In between exchanging the second one I lost the receipt. they have a copy of the transaction from my debit card but still wont exchange it for anything else in the store. if I cant get my money back I cant even get store credit. even department stores give you credit.
I wouldn't even give them a ONE STAR!!!! My son ordered a rim from them and it was $159.00 for a 2000 Lincoln!! I wanted a used rim and tried to cancel but they wouldn't let me! That is WRONG!!! I had checked around and supposedly they advertised a used one for $50 but when he went in, they told him they had to order it. There's no reason they couldn't have cancelled this as I know it wasn't shipped yet!!! If this is how they do business, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!!
yea these guys had the parts i was looking for. But they are very rude and inconsiderate. they gave me the wrong dimensions for new bolts that i would have to buy and it took them over 4 hrs to pull the parts i needed even though i had called a day in advance and said that the parts would be ready for me. then they offered to put the replacement strut in for $100 dollars. My mechanic did it for $75.
If you can't find the part you need, Call A-1 Automotive! They will find it here in Erie or in another city for you at no additional cost. They are great! The price for new parts can be outrageous, so if you go used at A-1 -- it is definitely cheaper and still good quality.
