Mechanic kept calling me when he originally had my partners phone number. There was no reason for him to be contacting me. He was rude and unpleasant when I couldn’t tell him the exact whereabouts of my partner as if I’m his keeper.
The folks at A-1 were extremely kind and thorough when diagnosing and repairing both mine and my mom's vehicles. (Had the starter replaced in my '09 Civic and had the Alternator replaced and electrical issue fixed in mom's '16 CRV.)
Unprofessional. Brought car in for a scheduled appointment and did not perform service needed because they "didn't have time to get into electrical issues until next week". What a waste of time.
I have been taking my cars there since 1997. They do great work at a fair price & enjoy talking to the owner & mechanics.
