Horrible company. They will bend rules and mark repairs as complete even when they are not. If you are looking to break your appliance more then it was already broken. Have these guys come out and just touch your appliance and they will work there magic in doing nothing and charging you for the work. Don’t use horrible service.
Service was good, unfortunately they cornered me into a payment. They never revealed the total cost of the job until it was completed. They led me to belive the job was going to cost $75 and ended up charging me $220. I will not use them again.
BEWARE!!!!! The repairman came to my house today to look at my washer that is knocking and leaking water. He couldn't even pull the washer out from the wall to look at it. I had my builder come over from down the street to move the washer for him. Then he looked at it and told me that it's my fault for putting too big of load in the washer. I told him that I have two washers so I don't overload them but that's not the point....I just need it fixed. The original quote was $90 to diagnose the problem.n. I have had an awful experience with this overpriced unprofessional company. First of all they did not fix my oven correctly, the technician they sent had very little experience and didn't know anything about my Dacor Oven. My oven temperature set wasn't working. He charged me $200 turned the oven to broil and determined it was "repaired" but the oven wasn't working a few hours later.
