The only place in town I will shop for appliance parts. The entire staff is extremely helpful and they’re loyal to their customers. I brought in every possible problem I could find with my dryer and they were able to test them all for continuity and help me troubleshoot my problems. Best place to get parts! The prices are great! My dad lives 2 hours away got a part from here no problems. People are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
Hanging a sign behind your counter on a wall does not constitute as telling your customer your return policy. It should be discussed per transaction, and even printed on the receipt. After explaining my situation to the salesman, he should have told me the policy before I purchased the part. Now I have to eat an unused part . I will never shop with this company again and I'm also filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. Very helpful in getting the part I needed for my appliance. The price was lowest in town. Greeted me with a smile and eager to help! Definitely a return customer and recommend them for all your parts needs.
No returns? With a next day receipt? That’s pretty shady especially over $50.

It’s that time of year !!! Does your A/C Run All Day ??? If so it’s a good chance it needs to be cleaned .
