Prompt service and communications. Came out to inspect and quote microwave repair while others just told me too old, hard to get parts, better to replace. Blaine highly knowledgeable and professional. Had part next day and repaired. Saved me $1000+ on similar built-in microwave. Historically skeptical about appliance repair services, now I wouldn’t hesitate to call Blaine and A-1.
My parents have used A-1’s services before. Their oven & dryer just so happened to go out 2 days before Thanksgiving & they were able to get it done today (Thanksgiving Eve) they arrived in 15 mins & they were able to look at the appliances, inform us of problem, fixed it fast, & gave us a great price! Both appliances were checked & repaired in less than 2.5 hours. Very professional company 10/10 I would definitely recommend!
Misleading advertisement
My GE microwave would turn on, but not rotate or heat my food. The technician was able to quickly diagnose what needed to replaced. The cost was a fraction of the cost of replacing the microwave. Scheduling was very easy and was able to get on the schedule for the next day. I was kept up to date on arrival throughout the day, technician was clean, professional and cleaned up after he was done with the repair. Great warranty and I will definitely recommend to anyone.
Blaine was very knowledgeable & communicated very well. He worked on my fridge this time & repaired my oven 2 weeks ago. I’ll use them again & would recommend them for repairs.
