We were told to leave vehicle unlocked with keys under floor mat and they would take it to repair shop since it was going to be almost 2 hrs for them to get there. They didn't tow car because "rear wheels were locked" um there is thing called a parking break. They didn't call and let us know or anything. Found out when we called repair shop and they said it never got here. So the car was just sitting there all night, unlocked with the keys in it. Will never use again and would not recommend
