I actually enjoy going! This 30 minute, 9 round high intensity workout is amazing! The trainers are great and I like that the rounds change everyday. You can workout at your own pace but the atmosphere helps to push yourself harder. Wish they were open Sundays! Definitely recommend 9Round!
9 rounds is the best! It's what I look forward to everyday!!! If you haven't checked it out do so ASAP. It's a killer workout. You will be dripping at the end of 30 minutes!!!!
love it! It's the first workout program I've ever craved, stuck with, and felt the results of immediately! I've been going for 6 weeks and I have yet to do the same workout twice......trainers are awesome, funny, and helpful.....it's quick, fun, and sweaty.... I get bummed on days I can't go!
