WARNING: If you’re staying at The Elements for the summer, tell the leasing office immediately if you are not renewing. In my experience, they did not send a lease-end reminder and I was automatically renewed at a much higher rent. Don’t assume you’ll get a warning—notify them in writing.
Amazing apartments with amazing staff. I also love that they partner with Amenify so I am able to get cleaning easily.
Amenities and parking were often disrupted and took incredibly long to be restored. When the lease is up expect to pay a huge new rent unless you’ll agree to another year. Vacate procedure was a little too convenient - didn’t realize I was trading for the convenience…. A 100% likely to be false invoice for what should be a quick cheap repair.
