WARNING: If you’re staying at The Elements for the summer, tell the leasing office immediately if you are not renewing. In my experience, they did not send a lease-end reminder and I was automatically renewed at a much higher rent. Don’t assume you’ll get a warning—notify them in writing.

Amazing apartments with amazing staff. I also love that they partner with Amenify so I am able to get cleaning easily.

Amenities and parking were often disrupted and took incredibly long to be restored. When the lease is up expect to pay a huge new rent unless you’ll agree to another year. Vacate procedure was a little too convenient - didn’t realize I was trading for the convenience…. A 100% likely to be false invoice for what should be a quick cheap repair. And no one will talk to me about it. They’ll give the collection agency strict orders not to discuss it either or negotiate at all with you. Dispute won’t work because of the scammy inf... read more

Apartment assigned the living room floor replacement to me upon moving out for pre-existing imperfection. Even though they failed to provide abundant proof, and I sent pictures comparing move in and move out condition, they sent this amount straight to collections. I’m fighting this in court. So much effort and time wasted communicating with these bloody money suckers and frauds.
