Horrible company and staff. We moved in to our unit and immediately had problems, we had no hot water for the shower and the maintenance came out, removed some soot from the appliance and told us we were good to go. Problem was not solved, still no hot water and when the issue was brought up again to them the maintenance man TJ then told us the water heater was too small for the unit and there was nothing they could do about it, I spent the next 11 months taking cold showers. Several things stood out that made my stay in Santa Rosa truly positive: Maintenance and Repairs: Maintenance requests were handled promptly and professionally, including emergency repairs.
