This company and its owners stole almost $10,000 from us. Told our tenant they could break lease with over 6 months left and have them deposits back without even asking us, without final walkthroughs etc. they told us to come and get the money because they won’t give it back. Highly dishonest people and illegally operate. Run.
Poor communication
Worst property management company. I do not recommend 98 Realty & Property Management to anyone. Stay away from them.
I’m so thankful to have rented with 98 Realty. Beth is so kind, professional, and quick to respond to queries. Aaron went above and beyond to help us when our AC went out in our unit and any additional repairs. I’d rent from them again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a great renting experience from caring professionals!
Extremely well run company. Beth does a great job! We rented for 2 years and I have had nothing but a great experience. Communication is superb and any type of maintenance issue gets resolved in a timely manner. Thank you 98 realty.
