Sometimes sellers are difficult and Karen and Stefan most definitely had our back to assure everything was accomplished by the sellers according to contract and on time. Whew. Sometimes it's not easy but they were "on it" every step of the way. So glad we used them!

Karen, I seriously couldn't get on a big enough soap box with an loud horn loud enough to share my experience. Karen was and has been since closing, perfection. She took care of me from day one of going out looking at homes, and by days end of day 1. We never made a full day 2. She knew exactly what I wanted and in a sea of low inventory she found a superior home to my own finds and made it happen at a price point better than I found.
