The food wasn’t bad (I had the salmon) and the atmosphere is gorgeous! But the waiter was just AWFUL! I went to the Signature Room for a holiday lunch with my coworkers. When we were seated, we had to ask the water server where the waitress was so that we could order (strike 1)! Next, we ordered 5 appetizers and we only received 2 of them (strike 2). We hesitated coming here for our anniversary because of the bad reviews. So glad we went though. Food was excellent, service was excellent, atmosphere was great, view of the moon coming up over Lake Michigan was fantastic.

Uber driver told us to experience the 26th floor for a cocktail in the evening. We enjoyed the awesome bathroom view and we had a cocktail and admired the city. ..ahee' Chicago! Everyone was very nice and friendly! Amazing ;)
