NYE dinner was a mess. The waiters don’t know how to serve. The white wine came warm and the waiter spilled it all on the table, on our clothes and on the cell phones. All the food came cold. The salad was just only (and only it’s only) lettuce and vinegar dressing. The food had no flavor and we had to share a small desert. And all of it, only for US$225. Absolutely disappointing.

Fantastic location with stunning views of Chicago. Staff were very good and the price of drinks was reasonable.

We go a few times a year for various celebrations. Normally it would be a 5 star rating but this time we went to celebrate our first year of marriage and the service was only Mediocre. Too be honest we felt ignored by our server for most of the visit. My husband and I are just hoping that our server had a bad morning. Like I said we go a few times a year and are not going to let this stop us from going. The food is delicious and normally the service is impeccable.

The view was awesome. (1st time) The food was pricey but good. The elevator service....not so good. Customers vs tenants.

We went there for my cousin’s birthday and for a christmas eve dinner. All was good except for our server robert, he wasnt that approachable and friendly, he was kinda mean, i dont know if he was already tired, but that’s not excuse for being mean.

Waiter was horrible. Service wasn’t on fleek. Although the Omelette chef was awesome!

A colkeague and I had lunch yesterday! We were seated at a table by the window and enjoyed the glorious view. We started with the Mystic oysters., then a salad and for our entrees we boyh ordered the roasted salmon. For dessert we had the peppermint cheesecake. Every dish was delicious! We will be back.
