They were the opposite of up front and honest. The woman who answered the phone when I called assured me that their worker would communicate with me. They did not. They intentionally broke the drain cover on the concrete floor in the basement. I think they did it to drain the hot water tank quicker. They moved the tank a few feet towards the wall. They left a weird configuration of pipes that prevents anyone from accessing the hot water tank and the furnace. They left a mess. They did not say a word. Maybe they thought ... read more
