Customer Satisfaction – I have had excellent service at 911 PC Medic in the past, but this last time August 2009 will tell how customer support is taken care of when there is a problem. My hard drive was misplaced while comptuter was being worked on. Now I'm not getting any answers on where it is, or what they are going to do about it.
