Had service here just before they closed permanently. Rating these morons at all is a joke. None of them know anything about a computer. Owner has no clue how to fix a computer or what one is, relied on employees to keep ripping people off. Do some research on a topic, call them, ask questions, and get a good laugh.

Awesome service! I have only great things to say about this business. My computer was constantly crashing before it could fully start up. Even Safe-Mode was a bust for me, and I m moderately tech savvy. These guys know what they re doing and kept me informed as to what they were doing. Jim was especially helpful when explaining his process of eliminating the multiple malware threats on my computer. 5 Stars, guys!
Computer was soooooooo slow. 911 PC Medics made it new again. I would recommend this company to everyone. They are speedy, reliable, informative and extremely helpful for a good price.
These guys are really good, all my questions were answered by them and a got my computer fixed for a reasonable price. These are the GO TO GUYS! FIVE STARS
My laptop screen was shattered, PC medic took my computer in and had it fixed the same day. Great service, fantastic people!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had a HORRIBLE experience with this business. They did work on my laptop that I did not authorize, but I had to pay for it to get my laptop back. They also kept my laptop for an entire week saying they had to wait for a new charger to be shipped, but when I picked it up they only had a used charger and charged me $20 for it (when I told them I didn't want that because I could get the same thing online for $8 a week earlier!).
