Its my first office visit and such a great office everything is organized. No waiting time , was passed in really quick. And inside the rooms it was quick also.
Dr. Liu is the best she is soo nice. I loved the way she treated me. So kind and lovely, the staff was great they helped me get ready and prepared for the procedure. Everyone was really professional and patient. They talk to you nicely and i really loved the atmosphere everyone really helpful. I got my first injection on my neck and i feel pretty good. No pain as of now. Hoping that i feel much better these next days to come.
Excellent treatment I have been felling a lot better. Hoping to finally feel completely better with this 3rd injection I have had. Injections has helped me a lot with my pain. Thankful that i can start moving my neck more. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone that needs treatment. Dr. Wang has always been really helpful, he explained to me everything nice and clear to where i would understand. Have not gotten an injection yet but they are recommending one. Still thinking about it but as of now glad they can give me medication to control my pain.
Everything professional and great experience. This was my first injection and i can say that it really worked , it was completely painless as they did mentioned it would be. So very thankful to have such great treatment.
My experience today and always has been amazing, the staff are very amazing they treat you well to your maximum care, very friendly and attentive, due to all the corona virus happening in the world this office really have everything very clean and sanitized. It made me feel a lot better. Im in overall satisfied. The treatments are also working out for me really well. Im happy Doctor Liu has been taking care of me and making sure that Im feeling better.
Im very satisfied highly recommend 911 pain management to all my friends. The PA crystal perez was really friendly explained everything really well. Explained the pain areas in my left shoulder, really professional and know everything by name. I trust this office for my treatments.
It was my first visit with 911 pain management. Did my visit through phone, and i found it pretty good they hear you out and make you understand. They told me recommendations and prescribe medications for my pain. Great and knowledgeable doctors. I spoke with Dr. wang, awesome doctor i do recommend to everybody i know if they ever go through the same thing like me.
Amazing service through telemedicine, I had a visit with Dr. Wang and they treated me really good he explains everything to me nice and clear. Great communication. No interruptions from any of both sides. He listen to me and I would listen to him also. The time spend with the Dr. was not that long it was perfect. Very great staff as well reminding me of my appointment.
