This was a really good experience. I had a dead rat and rat droppings in my encapsulated crawlspace that I needed to take care of. Communication was great, they were able to come out in a timely manner, think they did a great job on the work, and I think the price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. Would recommend!

911 Knox was hired to remove the entire contents of a home with a severe bedbug infestation. Paulette was so easy to work with, was very responsive to every question and concern, and went above and beyond to help this client. Her team was professional and kind to the client and helped put his mind at ease throughout the process, as it was very stressful for him. I highly recommend this company

I met with the owner of 911 Knoxville Crime Scene Trauma Decontamination Services, Paulette and Assistant Director of Operations, Daniel. They were very knowledgeable and know the ins and outs of what they do. I was very impressed to learn that they have a medical personnel present on each job. They handle very serious matters and take them very seriously. The owner is on every job. I look forward to working with them in the future!
