My grand daughter dropped my laptop and Joe got it back in working order. He was very professional and I was impressed with how soon he got it back to me in great working condition.

These guys are awesome. I dropped my phone while in school at Fort Knox. It initially worked just fine and I thought it would make it till I got back home. But right before I was supposed to graduate, it completely stopped working. I was leaving the next day and I got to their store late. Joe took time just to fix my phone's screen just so I would be able to use it on my travel home. Excellent service. The staff talked to me while he worked to get it repaired. Just an all around great experience!
Each time that I've had to take a CPU or LapTop in for repair, they work efficiently with a quick turn around time. The 911 Express Tech Team are aimed to please. Plus they have some systems available for sale too. Thank You! :-)
