RecommendedCalled em up to get an estimate on replacing my cracked phone screen...was more than I wanted to pay for a 2+ year old phone, NO FAULT OF THEIRS!!! Samsung screens are just stupid expensive. Despite the fact I wouldnt be bringing my phone in, he still gave me advice on what I could do to make the screen last as long as possible. Any future tech issues I have, I will be taking to them, top notch customer service!

My hard drive had an error and would not open. By troubleshooting he found the problem fixed the problem with a fair price.

Needed a Samsung S8 repaired. Got a quote in Etown for $150, which seemed ridiculous. Went to see Joe at 911 and he only charged me $65! He had it ready the next day and it's working perfect.
While I’ve not yet visited, Joe and I go back when he had his store next to Etown Lanes. He’s a good person with a big heart!
