They installed AC in my unit 2 years ago. AC started not cooling and we called them.They sent technician 3 times. Later they said they found the problem and ordered the part. Part arrived and they installed it at 7pm. They called us next morning 3 times and asked 350$ payment.They mention the AC was in under warranty but they have to charge labor. My sister rents from progress residential and they called your company and no one showed up nor a phone call. Let’s also put this out there she 11 months pregnant. I also let me put this out there the house as of right now The AC is still broken and no phone call and it’s Sunday and it’s 100 plus outside. Lazaro was kind in taking the time to thoroughly explain to me the issue with my air conditioning system and gave me the comfort that they would do their best to provide me with a viable solution. Needless to say, 911 Cold Air corrected my issue same day and prevented me from having to replace my entire HVAC system. Quick and effective, I highly recommend.
