My dad recommended 911 Appliance when I recently moved. My refrigerator/freezer was not working well. Abraham inspected and fixed everything perfectly. He explained the process and pricing very well. I used the company again for service on my washing machine and garbage disposal yesterday. The company gave me same-day service with two experienced, friendly technicians - Eloy and Ray. This is an excellent company that is reliable and fair.
Outstanding service! We needed repair for a refrigerator leaking water. Abraham (owner of the company) came out as scheduled to give us an estimate. He is extremely experienced and was able to quickly give us a preliminary assessment of what he thought the problem could be and depending on a few factors, how much the repair would cost. I've used 911 Appliance a number of times over the past 13 years, for our older washing machine and dryer basically. I wouldn't use anyone else, and wouldn't hesitate to call them for repairs on any appliance I have. A family business, decades of experience, the most honest and trustworthy technicians around. Abe is the owner - he and his crew won't let you down!
I had a refrigerator go bad phoned and called 911 Appliance. Although they have many repair persons, I was very luck and Abraham, the owner, came to check my refrigerator. He did not immediately tell us that he was the head cheese, but it was quickly apparent that he was 1) very smart and 2) had excellent knowledge of the appliance industry, particularly in San Diego.
