I am so sick & got to this office at 8:50am. It says it opens at 9am. The door was locked. Employees in their cars, they told me only the Dr. Ellis has the keys. When he finally showed up at 9:13am and I asked about the facilities hours.... He was a dismissive jerk. Wish I could show up for work at whatever time I feel like it. I left & will NEVER go back there. What a crappy way to treat a person who is sick. Clearly Dr. Ellis needs some education on professionalism and how to speak to people?!
I am so grateful this place is open extended hours! Everyone is so nice and caring. I cannot tell you how many times this place has come to the rescue when I'm at my worst! Thank you!!
Very efficient, excellent staff. Physician and nurse did a complete assessment. 100% professional care. Better than sitting in the waiting room for hours. When you don't feel well, you want to be seen, ordered appropriate medications and be on your way home in one hour.
The staff was so nice and great with my daughter. Dr. Ellis was so thorough and great with my daughter as well. If he was a pediatrician we would switch doctors. We were in and out very quick. Highly recommend 910 RapidCare
I'm battling what might be the worst of what's going around & everyone is catching! I came to 910 last night and everything ran very smoothly and efficiently. Dr. Ellis & his staff are very professional and personable. I overheard on two occasions while there Dr. Ellis interacting with kids, and if I had kids, HE would be the doctor I would want them to see. He is funny and relateable to the kids while giving the best care he can. I will definitely visit this place again, hopefully later than sooner �

Great Physician, Dr Ellis is very good at figuring out what is wrong and how to get you back to 100%. Also the staff are kind, caring, and compassionate.
