RecommendedOn 10/01/20, I visited 910 RapidCare to have an examination due to unknown pain. I chose the facility because of a recommendation. I was told that they provided a quick and great service. At my visit, Jessica, the nurse practitioner, took care of me. At her suggestion, I was sent to get a CAT scan. 910 RapidCare made it possible to get that CAT scan within an hour from my visit. Scheduled an appointment for my son to receive rapid Covid19 testing. The scheduler verified that testing only takes 15-30 minutes to receive results. My son arrived to appointment 2 days later and they told him that test takes 2-14 days. When I called asking why staff were misinforming patients of testing capabilities, I was told testing was per physician discretion. Went there 4/3/2020. The entire staff is handling their jobs very professionally and doing their very best to keep themselves and all patients safe. I am very thankful for their treatment. So professional and honestly better than my primary care doctor! Fast especially when you feel terrible! Generally nice people and nobody cranky! Definitely recommended!
