The property management here is terrible. It is impossible to get in touch with. The pool has been closed for more than 5 months with no explanation yet rent has not been adjusted for this tremendous loss of use.
Where do I start. The mold, the trash compactor, the random locked wooden gates at the end of each hallway posing a serious fire hazard or an unsafe property that damages their tenants' personal property? I lived at Lark Athens for two years, the apartments themselves were passable, minus the mold, but the management of the property and the management team, not so much. Don't live here. The management is inaccessible--only via email. They have students who man the front office and they are nice and try to do something but it is limited. Often garbage gets piled up. A door that is supposed to be a secure door is never locked. If you don't renew your lease, don't expect work orders to fulfilled and when they do, sometimes the work is not done well.
