My son has ACTIVE mold and they keep charging him monthly to check his credit and its dinging his credit and they do not respond!!! This place is TERRIBLE...Im sure they will post some BS response here but its obviously poorly run!! AVOID!
The property management here is terrible. It is impossible to get in touch with. The pool has been closed for more than 5 months with no explanation yet rent has not been adjusted for this tremendous loss of use.
Where do I start. The mold, the trash compactor, the random locked wooden gates at the end of each hallway posing a serious fire hazard or an unsafe property that damages their tenants' personal property? I lived at Lark Athens for two years, the apartments themselves were passable, minus the mold, but the management of the property and the management team, not so much.
