I high recommend no one lives at lark and Ill explain why. The pool has been broken for over a year. You’re not allowed to have guests. There’s rats and bugs. The gate breaks every week. They don’t empty the dumpster enough. They lost multiple of my packages. Edit: they just replied to me saying the pool has been closed one season. I attached a photo of an email from early June 2025 and the pool has been closed since. They keep lying to residents saying that they will open the pool when they won’t. It’s been closed since I moved in during August. The new manager Dammian Gonzalez didn’t care about the residents or anything they want at all. He even laughed in my face when I got emotional in his office about how I was frustrated with the lark. We also were told by Dammian with a 13 minute warning last week that water would be turned off for 2 hours and it was off for 5 hours. Just an example of how they don’t care about their residents. I have been living at the Lark for two years, and while there are some positives to living here, the negatives ultimately outweigh the overall experience. Positives: Apartments are bigger and spacious, and it is generally a nice place to live in terms of location and price. It is also one of the less expensive housing options downtown. Management decided to revoke guest passes because some weren’t returned rather than making new ones, having them expire, or literally any other alternative. When questioned, the only response is that they have decided to not distribute passes. If you try to have a guest over they will most likely be towed regardless of when they are there or if they park in the designated visitor spots. Little clarity or transparency about anything.
