Don't live here. The management is inaccessible--only via email. They have students who man the front office and they are nice and try to do something but it is limited. Often garbage gets piled up. A door that is supposed to be a secure door is never locked. If you don't renew your lease, don't expect work orders to fulfilled and when they do, sometimes the work is not done well. Pretty much sums up the place.
Worst decision of my life. If you care about yourself and/or your children, don't sign a lease here. Trust me. I am postgrad and still wake up in a cold sweat with nightmares about my experience here, all due to the egregious mismanagement and blatant apathy from the Scion group. To call Scion Group a property "manager" is a gross exaggeration. I will spare the details of behavior by maintenance contractors in case anyone is eating, but let's just say they involve bodily fluids. This place should be condemned
this place is an absolute public health hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen. I don’t even know where to begin with my experience living here. talk about false promises. they promised me new carpet in my room as the previous tenant that occupied my room destroyed it with the zoo of animals that lived in there. but continuously tried to charge me the $330 damage fee for carpet I didn’t even mess up.
