I recently moved in to 901W and was instantly introduced to Aizan as my leasing agent. From the moment we met, he was very patient and informative and thoroughly answered every question. Without hesitation, Aizan went so far as to help me move Into my unit, which was a tremendous help and saved me a lot of time and labor. After moving in, I did have some issues with the parking app, but Aizan was able to help me fix this issue instantly. He is always available to help and is a great representative of 901W.
I want to start by highlighting that the maintenance and cleaning staff are fantastic. That said, I would not recommend this building due to ongoing issues that have made my experience frustrating, even in my first two weeks: Elevator Issues: At least one elevator has been broken nearly every day since I moved in. Other residents have told me this is a persistent issue. I would have enjoyed viewing the property today but I had a pretty unprofessional experience. I showed up for my scheduled tour. Communicated with what must have been a virtual assistant who informed me a four bedroom was available for a tour this afternoon. When I arrived no one was at concierge. I repeatedly called the leasing office and when I finally got an answer the person who answered said they were going to go on break and I could wait fifteen minutes. I have had a great experience at 901 W so far, after a year I have renewed my lease! The leasing staff, Aizen and Maya are wonderful and help you with anything you need, the leasing process was an ease. The maintenance staff always comes quickly, and can fix anything! The roof is gorgeous, and the gym is always clean. The units are gorgeous- and come with a built in bar and floor to celling windows. I can't speak highly enough about the building!
