My parents live here yes they are active but they're still elderly. My mother called said she was not feeling well I came all the way from Newport News to come, and check on my mother. I was in your apartment complex for less then 3 hours I came out in my car was towed. You are renting to older/elderly people I could understand if I was there for 7 days or 24 hours.
