Good location and nice apartments, but terrible leasing and management office. Make sure to get every single piece of communication in email.
Had a really great experience with the leasing office, particularly Karina who not only gave me a last minute tour as a walkin, but helped explain the process, kept me informed and was flexible through my requests. An apartment is only as great as the management and Karina has been absolutely fabulous. I would not have signed here if it was not for her.
Second time working with Lucy. She had previously helped me move into 70C a couple years ago and now again when upgrading to a 2/2 in 50C. She remains fantastic to work with and ensured my move went very smooth to 50C. The Columbus Collection and all team members, ranging from management to maintenance, are all amazing people. Highly recommend if you are on the fence about finding your new home.
Extremely pet-unfriendly management. They treat dog owners with disrespect and enforce unreasonable restrictions. There’s also a disturbing sense of discrimination in how they interact with certain residents. Would never recommend this place. Update: I was shocked by the management’s public response to this review. Their reply is full of false accusations – I have never had three dogs, never received any complaint about odor or cleanliness from management or neighbors, and was never contacted about any such issue during my l... read more
