Overall the experience is good with the front-desk people and maintenance. But if you want to transfer or renew lease, be prepared to wait forever. Our transfer took 3 weeks now, we tried to send multiple emails / visit office (which they just ask us back and send emails :)) but still, if we got stuck at any point, it takes forever to get response from the office. Super convenient if you need to commute to the city often. Building is well maintained with plenty of events for the residents. Steven at the front desk is always really friendly and helpful!
